These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Traq iOS app ("Traq", "the app", "we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using Traq, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
Traq is a workout tracking app that lets you log routines, exercises, sets, weights, and training history. Traq is free to download, with an optional paid upgrade (Traq Pro) described in Section 4. Some features work fully offline; account-based features require an internet connection to sync.
You may create an account using an email address, or by signing in with Apple or Google. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to create a Traq account.
Traq is free to use, with limits on the free tier (currently 3 routines and 5 custom exercises). Traq Pro removes these limits and is available as a monthly subscription ($2.99/month), a yearly subscription ($25/year), or a one-time lifetime purchase ($75).
Traq Pro is available as a monthly subscription, a yearly subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. The lifetime purchase is a single payment, does not renew, and cannot be cancelled.
You own the workout data you enter into Traq — your routines, exercises, sets, weights, goals, and notes ("Your Content"). By using account sync, you grant us a limited license to store, back up, and transmit Your Content solely to provide the app's functionality to you. We don't use Your Content for any other purpose, and we don't sell it. See our Privacy Policy for how this data is stored and secured.
You're responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter. We don't verify or edit Your Content.
When using Traq, you agree not to:
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
Consult a physician or qualified professional before beginning any exercise program, especially if you have a pre-existing health condition. You use Traq, and perform any exercise you log in it, entirely at your own risk. We are not responsible for injuries or health outcomes resulting from your training.
Traq, its logo, design, and underlying software are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms don't grant you any rights to our trademarks, branding, or source code beyond the limited right to use the app as intended.
You can stop using Traq and delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account in the app. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service, with notice where reasonably possible.
Traq is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost, though we take reasonable measures (described in our Privacy Policy) to protect it.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Traq and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim relating to Traq is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Traq's operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where local consumer protection law requires otherwise for users in the EU/EEA, UK, or elsewhere.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above. Continued use of Traq after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
